Thanks for reading! My name is Dani Rodwell. I am a proud queer, neurodivergent, biracial woman, disability advocate, and mental health professional. My intersectionalities have fueled a profound desire for improving diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility within the autism and neurodivergent community. I’m honored to serve as a DEI advisor for Calliope Mental Health, always prioritizing a sense of respect and safety for the individuals we serve.


I have been working with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults for over 6 years. Each day that I work with them is a gift－the autism community adds color and joy to my view of both the world and myself.

I enjoy writing, playing music, and spending time with my dog, Tipper.
